Q1: How can I register and what are the basic privileges?
Users can create an account using Google or Apple for identity verification.
If you prefer, you can also use the app in Guest Mode without registration.
Some regions may be eligible for free access based on company policy, which may change at any time.
Monthly subscribers will have their account progress and in-app coins preserved.
Free users, however, are not guaranteed to retain their data or coins.
Q2: How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → User Profile → Delete Account.
You will be asked to confirm the deletion.
Your data can be recovered within 30 days.
After that period, all data will be permanently deleted.
Q3: Can I request a refund or compensation after using the service?
We do not provide refunds according to our Terms of Use.
However, users may file a complaint via email We are happy to offer digital compensation such as in-app coins or fix any technical issues that may have occurred.
