PiLord Terms of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to PiLord, a math practice game operated by Pimath Studio ("Pimath", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PiLord, the Pimath Studio website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Age and Parent or Guardian Involvement

PiLord is intended for users aged 6 years and older. Children should use the Service with appropriate parent or guardian involvement, consent, or supervision as required by applicable law.

3. App Versions and Access

The Service may be offered in two app versions: PiLord Lite and PiLord. PiLord Lite is the free version and may include limited content or limited features. PiLord is the full version and provides complete access to the available app content and features.

PiLord currently works as a guest-first, local-first app. Players can use the app without creating an account, and progress is stored on the device.

4. Purchase Terms

PiLord is offered as a paid app through supported app stores, including Google Play and the Apple App Store. Pricing, taxes, payment processing, refunds, and download rights are handled by the relevant app store under its own terms and policies. The current app model does not use recurring subscriptions or in-app advertising.

5. Local Progress and Data Loss

Gameplay progress, settings, coins, unlocked content, and similar game data are stored locally on the user's device. Local progress may be lost if app data is deleted, the app is uninstalled, the device is lost, or the user changes device. We do not guarantee cloud backup or account-based recovery.

6. Usage Analytics

We may collect limited, pseudonymous usage analytics to improve gameplay, reliability, version updates, and educational content. Analytics must not block gameplay and may be incomplete.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for personal, lawful, educational, or entertainment purposes. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

8. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, source code, designs, graphics, logos, text, audio, and other materials in the Service are owned by or licensed to Pimath Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for personal use permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent.

9. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including content, features, app versions, availability, pricing, and distribution model, at any time as permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices, browsers, or operating systems.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, reliability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pimath Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand, unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we may notify users through the website, the app, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
