Pimath Terms of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to Pimath. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pimath website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Pimath Studio ("Pimath", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately.

2. User Types

Pimath may offer different access levels, including:

• Subscriber: paid monthly users who may receive full content access, progress saving, and an ad-free experience during an active subscription period.
• Trial User: users who receive temporary or promotional access to certain features without charge. Trial benefits may be modified, restricted, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
• Guest: users who access the Service without a paid subscription or registered account. Certain features, including progress saving and some content access, may be unavailable.

3. Registration and Account Access

Users may sign in using supported third-party providers such as Google or Apple, or continue as a Guest where available. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, device, and login credentials. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Service.

4. Account Deletion

You may delete your account by navigating to Settings → User Profile → Delete Account, if this feature is available. After deletion is requested, certain data may remain recoverable for up to 30 days. After that period, eligible account data will be permanently deleted or anonymized, subject to applicable law, backup retention, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business needs.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing cycle, and included benefits will be presented at the point of purchase. Billing cycles are generally monthly and may be up to 30 days unless otherwise stated.

If you purchase through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rights may also be subject to that platform’s own terms and policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will usually apply to the next billing cycle. You will generally retain access until the end of the period already paid for.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the reason for the request, technical issues, purchase history, applicable law, and the rules of the platform through which the purchase was made. Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.

If your purchase was made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform, you may need to submit your refund request through that platform, and that platform’s refund process may apply.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, source code, designs, graphics, logos, text, audio, and other materials in Pimath are owned by or licensed to Pimath Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for personal use expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices, browsers, or operating systems.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, reliability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pimath Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand, unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we may notify users through the website, the app, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
