Welcome to Pimath. By accessing or using our application, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Registration and User Access
Users may register using their Google or Apple accounts for identity verification. Alternatively, you may continue as a Guest without creating an account. Free access may be available in certain regions according to the company’s discretion, which may change at any time. Monthly subscribers will retain account progress and in-app coins, whereas free users are not guaranteed data retention.
3. Account Deletion
You may delete your account anytime by navigating to Settings → User Profile → Delete Account. Upon confirmation, your data can be recovered within 30 days. After that period, all information will be permanently deleted from our systems.
4. Refunds and Compensation
Pimath has a no-refund policy in accordance with our Terms of Use. However, users may submit complaints or technical issues via pimath.studio@gmail.com. In case of valid issues, we may offer digital compensation such as in-app coins or other corrective measures.
5. Ownership and Copyright
All content, source code, designs, graphics, and other materials within Pimath are the exclusive property and copyright of the developer. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the app without written permission.
6. Acceptance of Risk and Limitation of Liability
The app and all its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. By using the app, you agree to accept all potential technical risks, data loss, or performance limitations. You further agree not to claim damages, losses, or demand refunds arising from the use or malfunction of the app.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
By using Pimath, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company owning Pimath is legally registered. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject exclusively to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
