1. Introduction

Pimath Studio ("Pimath", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information for PiLord, PiLord Lite, and related website pages (collectively, the "Service").

2. Age and Audience

PiLord is designed for users aged 6 years and older. Children should use the Service with appropriate parent or guardian involvement, consent, or supervision as required by applicable law.

3. Accounts and Email

PiLord currently works without user accounts. App play is guest-first, and normal app use does not ask for or store an email address.

4. Local Progress

Gameplay progress, settings, coins, unlocked content, and similar game data are stored locally on the user's device. This progress is not tied to an email account and may be lost if the app data is deleted, the app is uninstalled, or the device is changed.

5. Usage Analytics

We may collect limited, pseudonymous usage activity to understand whether the app works correctly and how players use educational gameplay features. Analytics is optional, best-effort, and must not control gameplay.

This may include general app information and gameplay activity, such as app version, platform, progress, results, selected items, and update prompts. Analytics is connected to a random install identifier, not to a name or email address. We do not sell analytics data.

6. Personal Information

The current app experience is designed to avoid collecting direct contact or identity data during normal play, such as name, email address, phone number, precise location, photos, microphone recordings, payment card data, or account passwords.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use service providers necessary to operate and distribute the Service, including app stores, hosting providers, version configuration hosting, and analytics storage providers. These providers may process limited technical data under their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Data Retention

Local gameplay data remains on the device until the user clears app data, uninstalls the app, or uses any available in-app reset feature. Analytics data may be retained only as long as reasonably needed to improve, secure, debug, or operate the Service, then deleted, aggregated, or reset.

9. Children and Parents

We aim to comply with Google Play Families policies and applicable child privacy requirements. If a parent, guardian, or legal representative believes that a child has provided personal data to us in a way that should not have occurred, they may contact us to request review or deletion, subject to applicable law.

10. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data that we can reasonably locate by contacting us at the email address below. Because PiLord does not use normal user accounts during app play, some local device data may only be removable from the user's device.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes may be posted on the website, in the app, or through other reasonable means.
